Astral projection, the art of consciously leaving. The body and floating around outside of it. Exploring the world, exploring your room, seeing what others are doing. It’s up to you whether you want to believe. You're leaving your body. Whether it's something that happens in your consciousness, kind of like dreaming. Either way, it's a fascinating experience and it's unique to the dream experience. It’s different from lucid dreaming, it's different from regular dreams. It’s something very unique and very special. So in this quick, I'm going to show you guys how you can do it for yourself. Now I see a lot of people giving guides on How To Astral Project. Where they've got a lot of experience and so they kind of don't go into the things. That beginners need to focus on when doing this. I'm going to show you guys what helped me as a beginner. Get past all of that effort of trying and trying and not getting anywhere. So first of all, you want to get yourself into a REM stage. You can astral project without being in a REM stage. But it makes it much easier. If you are in one, and since astral projection is quite hard to do for beginners, I suggest doing this.
Otherwise, you’re just going to shoot yourself in the foot
before you get started. So, to get in a REM period, you want to get sleep, and
set an alarm to wake you up in 6 hours. Then, when that alarm wakes you, get
up, for few minutes, and then you're ready to astral project. Now, step two,
you need to lay back down, close your eyes, and tell yourself a mental quote. I
am going to be aware, and awake, mentally, as my body falls asleep.".
Say that to yourself, you can reword it if you don't like the way that I worked
it. You can say something else like "a, I'm going to notice my body
falling quota or something like that. The idea is you want your mind to stay
alert while your body falls asleep, so you have to tell it to do that. It will
listen to you if you tell it, but you have to tell it in some way. Your mind is
going to stay awake, while your body falls asleep. Step three, now you have to
go to sleep. Yep, that's the bit that confuses everyone. People tell you to get
into sleep paralysis, get into "a, Mind awake, body asleep quota. But
people assume that you just have to lay there and try and be still, or you have
to force yourself into it. You're going to notice your body falling asleep.
When you do this you'll quickly find that suddenly you're in sleep paralysis, even though you tried to go to sleep. Once you're in sleep paralysis, comes step four, the rope technique. At this point you imagine yourself climbing rope up out of your body. Just imagine the feeling in your hands as you're grabbing the rope and rising, and up, and up. If you were climbing up a long rope. If it's not easy for you to imagine a rope because you haven't climbed one. Before or you haven't climbed one recently, then imagine climbing a ladder instead. Just imagine that How To Astral Project your hands are grabbing onto the rungs and the feeling of pulling yourself up. Another thing you can do if that doesn't works imagine. Yourself swinging back and forward on a set of swings and your whole body rocking. Now as you imagine this sensation of motion. You don't have to see it, you don't have to hear it, you don't have to do anything other than feeling the sensation of motion. This is the next stage; you start to feel. These electric zaps coming down through your skull, through your spine. For some people, it’s quite pleasant, for others like me.
It’s not too pleasant, but it's not bad, it's just really
quite uncomfortable and weird. At this point you want to keep doing the method,
you want to keep doing. The rope method, or the ladder method, or the swing
method adjust keep repeating. You'll find that the vibrations get stronger and
stronger. At this point, they're suddenly going to catapult you out of your
body. Now you're out. The final step, get as far away from your body as you
can. If they stay around it for too long, or they can't see properly, or they don't
have enough energy. So just go outside, float through the wall outside, or you
know, go downstairs, or go somewhere. So, that's it. That's all you need to do.
So try this tonight, you know, get your six hours sleep, get up, go back to
bed. Set your intention to stay mentally alert while your body falls asleep. It
through the vibrations until they catapult you out of your body. Then get as
far away from your body as you can. So that's been all for this quick 5 minute on
